The Astros just went down 1-2-3 in the fifth inning. Halfway through game four, the Yankees pitching and defense held the Astros to just five runs in the series.
The Yankees pitching staff was good this year, but they seem to have come together since going down 2-0 to the Indians. They shut that excellent offense down the last three games, and now they are doing the same to Houston. I’m not sure anyone expected this level of success.
