Maybe the Yankees will take him. If they could work with him to get his control back, he might fit nicely in the rotation. There are holes there right now, and Harvey always wanted to play in The Bronx.
Pittsburgh would also be a good landing spot. The Pirates coaching staff is good at reclamation projects.
