There are two shots for an LDS record today. The Rockies so far have scored just two runs in their NLDS. If that hold up, they would set an NL record for fewest runs score in an NLDS. The current record is held by the 1998 Cubs, who scored just four runs as they were swept by the Braves.
The other record is the MLB LDS record, currently held by the Texas Rangers in 1998 and 1999. They scored just one run in each of those American League Division Series. The Braves have yet to score against the Dodgers, and give Walker Buehler’s recent performances, another shutout is not out of the question.
