The Astros tie the Red Sox in the bottom of the fifth when Jose Altuve walks and Alex Bregman doubles Altuve home. Boston takes the lead again in the top of the sixth as Steve Pearce homers.
The teams keep putting the ball in play as the Red Sox offense just recorded their first strikeout of the game, and Houston batters struck out just three times. Note that all these balls in play are not speeding the game along.
The Red Sox lead the Astros 3-2 in the middle of the sixth inning.
