Baseball holds its yearly celebration of one of the great heroes of the game, Jackie Robinson. The Dodgers mark the 70th anniversary of Robinson breaking the color barrier in baseball by unveiling a statue of their star. Given the shape of the covered statue that was shown yesterday, I suspect it will be him sliding into a base. Quite appropriate.
