That is Alex Anthopoulos, the former general manager of the Blue Jays. I would say his record with Toronto was mixed. On the positive side, he dumped the horrible Vernon Wells contract and acquired Josh Donaldson. On the down side, he did not get a lot for Roy Halladay, and he traded Noah Syndergaard for R.A. Dickey.
Overall, he is a solid GM, something the Braves need to restore some integrity to their front office.
