Looking at Injuries

Jeff Zimmerman at The Hardball Times analyzes disabled list data for 2015. Often in this data you see that a team did well by staying healthy, but the Rangers, Mets, and Dodgers were the top three teams in days on the disabled list, and the White Sox and Brewers were the healthiest. The White Sox, Twins, and Mariners are also the healthiest teams long term. Maybe worse players stay healthier because they don’t push themselves?

The article is interesting throughout.
