The Red Sox seem to be taking the tack of a number of teams and building a great bullpen. They trade Wade Miley to the Mariners for Carson Smith and Roenis Elias. Smith’s first 78 majors league innings were impressive. He allowed just two home runs while averaging 11.7 K per 9. The Elias is not quite as good as Miley, but I suspect the Mariners see Miley as an innings eater.
