Dave Righetti should really not be on TV in an extreme close up.

My father and I were discussing Righetti today. This is his 17th year coaching the Giants, and that strikes me as very unusual. Most managers bring in their own personnel, but Righetti coached for three different managers, and as far as I can tell, no one even thought about letting him go. I don’t know how many coaches went into the Hall of Fame, but given his longevity with one team and the success of his pitchers, maybe Righetti should get some consideration.
