The Mariners acquired a good reliever in David Phelps. Phelps was going to be a free agent, so all Miami could get were a bunch of prospects that don’t look at that good. Brandon Miller might be the best, but he’s dominating A-Ball at seasonal age 22. The Marlins dumped Phelps for a lot of nothing.
