A former and a current Cy Young Award winner face off in Houston as Zack Greinke faces Dallas Keuchel. Since joining the Diamondbacks, Greinke is 3-0 on the road with a 1.93 ERA, 3-3 at home with a 6.54 ERA. Looks like he picked the wrong home park as a free agent. Keuchel saw his walk and home run rate skyrocket this season, and his ERA go from 2.48 to 5.58. Like last season, he’s pitching better at home, but he made most of his starts on the road.
The Dodgers try for a split with the Cubs in a well pitched series. Julio Urias takes on Kyle Hendricks. Urias makes his second MLB start after struggling a bit in his first one. He was wild, walking four in 2 2/3 innings. That would be deadly against this Cubs offense. Kendricks owns a 2.93 ERA thanks in part to just two home runs and 12 walks allowed in 55 1/3 innings.
