Stephen Strasburg got his old teammate Bryce Harper to ground out the first time they faced each other tonight. The two former first round Nationals picks squared off again in the third inning with two on and one out. Strasburg threw him three straight change ups, and Harper deposited the third in the seats for a 4-1 Phillies lead.
