There is a new number one as Anthony Rendon takes the lead in the Baseball Musings Batter Rankings. Rendon went 1 for 4 with a walk to extend his hit streak to 13 games. He did fail, however, to deliver with the bases loaded and two out in the ninth inning. Yelich took an 0 for 3 to drop to second. Mike Trout is due back today, and remained in third place during his injury. Cody Bellinger is a point back in fourth place, with Michael Conforto in fifth place.
