The Yankees at Baltimore features a pair of 0.00 ERA pitchers as Domingo German takes on David Hess. German bent but did not break in his first start as he allowed five walks in five innings, but only one hit and one unearned run. Hess pitched 8 1/3 innings so far, striking out ten and allowing just one hit. There is of course, the Chris Davis watch, to see if he will get a hit this season.
The Twins and Phillies are both 5-2 as Jose Berrios battles Zack Eflin. Berrios inproved his already good control this season, walking one in 14 2/3 innings while striking out 14. Eflin dominated in his first start, walking one and striking out nine in five innings. There is of course,
