The Tampa Bay Rays hit five home runs off the New York Yankees, four of them off Michael Pineda, as the Rays win 8-1. They are the sixth team to hit at least five home runs in a game this season, joining the Mets and Cardinals (6) and the Cubs, Rockies, and Orioles (5). The Rays came into the game tied for sixth in the AL in home runs with 18, so they should be much closer to the top of the leader board at the end of the day.
