Max Scherzer has a fairly easy first inning, getting three of the four batters with a grounder and two strikeouts. Jose Ramirez, however, dinged Scherzer for a single. He got a 96 MPH fastball on the first pitch and just pulled it by the first baseman. Nice swing, saw the ball well, and hit it hard. Ramirez continues to improve and impress.
