Games of the Day

Matt Wisler and Stephen Strasburg match-up in penultimate game of the Braves-Nationals series. Wisler faced Washington five times last season, one quarter of his appearances. The Nationals drew 11 walks and hit two home runs in 20 innings against Wisler. Strasburg is now the all-time Washington Nationals strikeout leader, and fourth in the history of the Expos/Nationals franchise. He could be second by the end of the season.

Michael Pineda leads the Yankees against the Blue Jays and J.A. Happ. Pineda pitched well in his first start in two of the three-true outcomes, walking none and striking out five in five innings. He lost the third dimension, however, allowing three home runs. Happ underwent the Pittsburgh make over, and carried to Toronto where he walked one in six innings in his first start of the year.

Enjoy!
