No Undefeated

The Orioles fall to the Red Sox 4-2 Wednesday night, taking the last undefeated team in MLB off the board. The Orioles offense did a lot of things right in the game, collecting seven hits and five walks off Boston starter Joe Kelly, but only Chris Davis‘s two-run homer could bring any of those runners home. Six strikeouts hurt in that time frame. In general, however, the Orioles are going to score a lot of runs if they keep getting that many men on base in a short time frame.

The killer Bs hit well, with Mookie Betts, Xander Bogarts, and Jackie Bradley, Jr. combining to go five for 11 with a double, a triple, and all four Boston RBI.
