While runs scoring overall is down this season, running up the score is heading for an all-time high. Both the Indians and Rockies scored 19 runs Wednesday night, bringing the total number of times a team scored at least 15 runs in a game to 22. There were 45 such games last season, which was the fourth highest total for the 30 team era. The 2018 season is a little behind, but the warm weather is here as well. The record is 64 such games in 2000.
