Billy Hamilton beats the Brewers with a walk-off home run as the Reds win 5-4. Josh Hader allowed just two home runs in 32 2/3 innings coming into the game, and Hamilton hit just three home runs all season, none of them from the 7th inning on. I’d say that was an improbable way for the Reds to win the game. That was the first walk-off home run of Hamilton’s career.
At the other end of the spectrum, Jose Bautista, with 328 home runs, is the active player with the most home runs without a walk-off home run.
