Former first lady Barbara Bush died earlier Tuesday night. I used to enjoy seeing her behind home plate. By the way she reacted to plays, it was obvious she was scoring the games, and one day the broadcast did an overhead shot where you could see the score book in her lap. She was a real fan. My thoughts go out to her family and friends.
