Just contemplating how MLB would break a seven-way tie for the second AL Wild Card. There are six team within 1 1/2 games of the second wild card, and eight teams within four games. Never have I wanted so many teams to finish close to .500. I’m trying not to get giddy about the possibility of a three-way tie for the AL Central title and with other teams for the second wild card.
