The order of the top five in the Baseball Musings Batter Rankings did not change. Matt Carpenter, Mike Trout, Christian Yelich, Jose Ramirez, and Alex Bregman remain the top five in that order. Less that 11 points separate 1 from 5, so don’t be surprised to see a big change one day. Rookie Brian Anderson of the Marlins now ranks 19th. He doesn’t have much pop, but is doing a great job of getting on base.
