Rookie Ryan Borucki gets to face Chris Sale coming off the disabled list as the Blue Jays play the Red Sox. Sale may be used as an opener in the game. Borucki allows batters to put the ball in play, resulting in 80 hits allowed in 69 2/3 innings. Despite missing a good chunk of the season, Sale still rates high in Tom Tango Cy Young Tracker points.
Zack Greinke tries to narrow the gap with Colorado as he leads the Diamondbacks against Antonio Senzatela in Denver. Greinke is 2-0 against the Rockies in three starts, with a 2.33 ERA. He walked three and struck out 27 in 19 1/3 innings. Senzatela allowed six runs in eight innings against Arizona, but has not allowed them a home run.
