The Indians come back from a 4-1 deficit to take a 5-4 lead over the Rays into the bottom of the ninth. With Tommy Pham at the plate and the Rays down to their last strike, Pham takes a pitch that was low, but looked in the strike zone. It’s called a ball. Pham then singles between first and second, a slow roller that find a hole. Ji-Man Choi comes up and blasts a home run to rightfield, and the Rays win again at home 6-4 over the Indians. Choi has 42 hits on the season, 22 of them for extra bases. Earlier in the game he pulled one foul way up in the stands down the rightfield line. This time, he kept it fair, and the Rays keep their home win streak alive.
