The top five players in the Baseball Musings Batter Rankings remained the same from the previous day. Alex Bregman, Christian Yelich, and Justin Turner were idle on Thursday. They rank one, two, three. Paul Goldschmidt and Anthony Rizzo did play. Goldschmidt went 3 for 5, missing the cycle by a triple, while Rizzo went two for four with a walk. Goldschmidt put a little distance between the two.
